At Oasis Mini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
